For properties valued above £500,000, Armaani Estates provides all services included in our Exclusive package. This offers a complete and stress-free marketing solution designed to help you achieve the best possible sale price.

Fee structure:
Instead of a fixed fee, Armaani Estates will charge 1.25% of the final sale price (including VAT).

We will calculate the 1.25% on the final sale price and then we will minus the £799 deposit you payed us so you pay what’s remaining.

Marketing period:
All properties will be marketed for a period of 8 months.

Deposit requirement:
Before marketing can commence, Armaani Estates will require a deposit of £799. This deposit ensures that all necessary preparation is covered, including the EPC certificate, premium listings, professional photography, and all other marketing add-ons.
