Full Management is 10% of the monthly rent, capped at £99 a month. However high your rent goes, £99 is the most you'll ever pay us to manage it — no commission that climbs with your rent. One-off setup fee of £449.
Silver (rent collection and tenant management) is a flat £70 a month, with a £399 one-off setup fee.
Bronze (find and reference a tenant only) is a single one-off fee from £299.
Every price includes VAT, and setup fees can be spread through our flexible payment system.
If you just want a quality tenant found, referenced and moved in, then everything handed back to you — that's Bronze.
If you want the rent collected and chased, the deposit protected, renewals negotiated and the tenant managed — but you'll look after the property itself — that's Silver at £70 a month.
If you want the lot handled — rent, regular inspections, repairs and maintenance, safety compliance, deposit disputes, utilities and property-tax admin — that's Full Management at 10% capped at £99 a month.

Your property goes on the major portals with professional photos and a To Let board, and we run unlimited hosted viewings so it's always shown properly — not left to a lockbox.
Every applicant is fully referenced: affordability, employment, previous-landlord and credit checks, plus the Right to Rent checks the law requires, before anyone moves in.
Because we market it properly and move fast on referencing and check-in, we keep void periods as short as possible — an empty property earning nothing is the most expensive thing a landlord faces.
This is where being more than "just an agent" matters. The business has over 20 years in construction and property development, with builders, gas engineers and other tradespeople in-house.
Repairs get dealt with quickly and at a fair price — no inflated third-party contractor mark-ups added on top.
On Full Management we handle maintenance, repairs and regular inspections, and arrange the certificates your let legally needs — gas safety, EPC and the rest. You set a spend limit, and anything above it we run past you first, so you're always in control of the money.
We're Propertymark, TPO and CTSI accredited and we hold Client Money Protection, so your rent and deposit are held and handled to the same regulated standard as any national agency.
Rent is chased the moment it's late and paid on to you promptly; on Silver and Full Management, arrears handling and deposit protection are built in. If you want the extra security of rent protection insurance, ask us and we'll talk it through.
You're not locked into a long tie-in — our management agreement runs on a short notice period, so if we're not delivering, you're free to leave.
